Shipping
Every order ships for a single flat rate of $15 / ₪50, charged once per order whatever the destination and however many items are in it. The rate is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Delivery estimates
Estimated transit times after your order is dispatched. These are estimates, not guarantees; customs clearance and local carriers can add time.

Import duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties, VAT or other taxes by the destination country's customs authority. These are not included in our prices or shipping rate and are paid by the recipient on arrival. Rules and thresholds vary by country; your local customs office can tell you what applies.
Tracking your order
After checkout, your confirmation page links to your order's own tracking page. It shows the order's status and, once it has shipped, the tracking number. You can also look up an order with the order ID from your confirmation.
Returns
If SunSkipper isn't right for your boat, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- The product must be unused, complete with all parts, and in its original packaging where possible.
- Email sales@sunskipper.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.
- Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return reaching us.
If your order arrives damaged or with a part missing, email us with your order number and photos as soon as you can and we'll sort it out with you.
2-year warranty
Every SunSkipper is covered for 2 years from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.
Covered
- Aluminium poles and fittings
- Canopy fabric and stitching
- Hook connectors, quick-release shackles and straps
Not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, incorrect installation or modification
- Damage from use while the boat is under way, or from storms and extreme weather
To make a claim, email sales@sunskipper.com with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll repair or replace the faulty part.
These terms do not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. See also our Terms of Sale.
